This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for daily lead generation, customer service, and communication with clients. Additionally, the Sales Officer will handle sales operations and channel sales to promote our services to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in lead generation and communication
- Knowledge of sales operations and channel sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication or related field
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Experience in the workforce management industry is a plus
In addition to the above-mentioned skills, candidates possessing expertise in data analysis and management, creative thinking and problem-solving, and market research would be beneficial for the role.
