We have an urgent opening for the position of Closing Manager for a reputed Real estate Company .
Job description:
- Co-ordinate with tele sales person to ensure site visits of prospects.
- Provide good presentation of the project and nearby surroundings to the leads.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Meet sales target regularly as defined by the company.
- Update each activity done with leads in the system.
- Meet with existing and new Channel partners to improve relation and close sales through them.
- Actively participate in BTL activities happening in various regions of Mumbai.
- Willing to travel around Mumbai to meet channel partner and client.
Candidates Profile :
- 3-8 Experience in Real Estate Sales with proven track record
- Having excellent network with the channel partners. Should be able to drive the sales through channel partner.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meeting sales target consistently
- Excellent communications skills: Must have experience crafting and presenting effective proposals, and bring strong demonstrations skills
- Responsible and resourceful individual who operates effectively without supervision .
