Job description
5 +yrs of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling HR analytics, Client Management, PMS, Events etc. Hands on experience in drafting employee letters like offer letters, confirmation letter, appointment letters, appraisal letter, relieving letter etc. Good understanding of Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc. Hands on experience in Policy formulations and effectively implementing the same in the organization. Good understanding of HR analytics, HR trends and HR strategies, HR reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office /Office 365, especially excel formulas and reports. Attrition Management, One on review for performance enhancements on regular basis Good understanding and experience in IT organization preferred. Experience /Good understanding of Payroll Management Excellent communication skills. Effective team lead and team player. Positive attitude, Problem solver. Effective Conflict Management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuading skills.
