Job description
Bijak is looking for IT administrator to oversee organizations' computer systems and manage IT teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting.
Install and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and security breaches. Create & manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for various software applications. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems. Candidate Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Certification in DOEACC B/C Level - Good to have: CCNA At least 5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
