Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR functions such as HR Management, HR policies, Personnel Management, Employee Benefits.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to create and implement benefits programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
