Job Summary:
Looking for a highly talented, motivated, and self-driven individual with sound knowledge and expertise in Agile based Project Management. For multi-faceted role, requiring technical & functional capability to mentor team to design, develop, test, document, deploy & support enterprise standard e-commerce solutions, content management systems, and mobile apps. Overall experience around 12 to 14 years. Profile Description: Looking for a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of eCommerce Implementation projects with 10 Years of professional working experience in the Software / Product development lifecycle. 5 years working as a Project Manager, preferably in an eCommerce or digital technology environment. Experience in leading technical teams in an Agile environment is required, Scrum master certification desirable. To closely work with business teams to understand and document the business requirements. Liaise with the technology team to come up with solutions to meet business needs. To provide development leadership based on in-depth product and techno-functional knowledge in eCommerce, digital, and mobile technologies. To create and oversee project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality and compliances to enterprise standards. To work as an integral part of a technically diversified team that consists of developers, architects, and QAs to ensure that agile stories being played support the release plan defined by the product teams and are delivered with high quality to businesses. To Lead and engage in internal and external communications regarding all aspects of the project, including technical discussions. Experience in Conducting Discovery Workshops, Scoping, and Estimating, Project Planning and Execution, Business Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, etc., As a Scrum master, leading all agile ceremonies including daily standups, iteration planning, story huddles, retrospectives and creation of velocity, burn-up charts, defect density, etc., Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, time management, with a proven ability to do this at a management level internally and externally. Good to have experience in digital marketing implementations for eCommerce & digital projects.Job tags
