Location: Onsite role Ahmedabad, GJ

Timings: 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST (EST timings)

Salary: INR 13,000 - 22,000/- + Exclusive Incentives facilities

We are currently looking for a Bench sales recruiter and Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of marketing candidate profiles, researching IT jobs for the candidates and providing maximum prospects to the clients.Â
• Reach out to potential recruiters through LinkedIn, and emails to gain prospects.Â
• Maintain accurate records of client work.
• Proficient computer skills Â
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is key to long-term success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field can be beneficial but is not always mandatory.
• Good to have experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or a related field is typically required, often ranging from 1 to 3 years or more.
• Â A results-oriented mindset is important, as this role often involves meeting specific sales targets and revenue goals.
• Â Good Verbal and written communication skill in English is necessary for interacting with clients and consultants.
• Experience working on computers.Â
