Job description
Position: Customer Success (Night Shift)
Job Location: Iscon Bopal Road, Ahmedabad
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication
Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)
Job purpose: To plan and carry out verification of candidates from different employers in accordance with the agreed business plans.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination with client and candidate for interview schedule for different levels of positions
MIS and follow up
Generate reports from the information obtained through verification and maintain confidentiality of both candidates and the clients.
Coordinate with HRs, Directors and other officials for the verification.
Handle client queries and escalation calls.
