Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, technical expertise and leadership skills. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex technical programs on time and within scope. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of technology to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities :
· Develop comprehensive program outlining the scope, goals, tasks, resource requirements, timelines while working closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements and deliverables.
· Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels.
· Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Possess a strong understanding of technology and the ability to engage with technical teams to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
· Lead regular stand-ups with the team to review and assess to improve the project performance.
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers by providing them with regular updates, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Prepare and deliver regular status reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements and upcoming milestones.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program management efficiency.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or program management certification is a plus.
· 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, successfully delivering complex programs on time with effective communication.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Technical background and the ability to engage with technical teams.
· Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
