Job Description: Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager/Assistant General Manager - Production Department
Location: Sitarganj, Uttarakhand
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 16,00,000 per annum
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production department activities in a power transformer manufacturing plant.
Develop and implement production strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize production output.
Manage and lead a team of production supervisors, engineers, and workers.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of production activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards in the production processes.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities related to production operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in power transformer manufacturing plant in the production department.
Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and achieving targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
