Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Job Summary Our company is looking for a motivated and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales deals. The Field Sales Representative will also be expected to maintain good relationships with existing customers and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Identify potential customers and create a customer database.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the targets.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze sales data and report on sales performance.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Travel to different locations to meet with customers and make sales.
Requirements - Proven experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- A valid drivers license.
Education And Experience - Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
Salary - The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
