Manages Exchange Online (email, calendars, contacts), SharePoint Online (collaboration, content management), OneDrive for Business (cloud storage), Teams (communication and collaboration), and other relevant workloads.
Implements security policies and controls to protect data and systems.
Enforces compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Manages threat protection, data loss prevention, and compliance features.
Deploys, configures, and manages devices and client applications (Office 365 Apps for enterprise deployments).
Deploy, configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Permissions Management, and Verified ID.
Manage user accounts, access policies, and authentication methods.
Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access-related issues.
Implement and maintain compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and SOC
Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
Plan and design the Intune deployment strategy for the organization.
Configure and manage Intune settings and policies.
Enroll and manage all devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Create and distribute custom applications and configuration profiles.
Monitor Intune activity and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Intune.
