WORK LOCATION: THANE

SALARY HR MANAGER: 50K P/M ASST. HR MGR. 35K P/M

POSITION(1): HR/ASST. HR MANAGER TO MANAGE THE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE 14 RETAIL SHOPS:

i. Shop Manager

ii. Cashier

iii. Salesman

iv. Public Relations Officer (PRO)

POSITION (2): HR/ASST. HR MANAGER TO MANAGE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE FACTORY:

i. Floor Managers

ii. Production Team

iii. Logistics Team - Drivers

iv. Dispatch Team - Data Entry & Loaders

v. Lab Team

vi. Packaging team

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the Employee Workforce:

 Maintain effective co-ordination and positive working relationships with every associate

in Prashant Corner through the Daily coordination in the Factory and the Shops

 Ensure that employee services are rendered in time without any grievances- Handover

offer/appointment/confirmation/increment/transfer/promotion letter to the employee

 Maintain and adhere to the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Visit Schedule

 Meet, observe and offer feedback to the employees and managers on a one-on-one basis

 Responsible for conducting and maintaining records of the Employee Food Handler's Test

1. HR Policies, Procedures and Processes:

 Implement and enforce the HR Policies and Procedures

 Develop and maintain confidential Personal Files and other important employee database

 Oversee Outsourced HR Vendor Management -renewal of agreements and contract's and

the respective payments of Housekeeping, Security, etc.

2. Recruitment

 Coordinate with respective Managers to facilitate the recruiting process to drive

company goals. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates

as and when required

3. Employee Induction, Training and Performance Management:

 Responsible for completing Joining formalities and Conducting basic Orientation

Program which includes:

- Company Orientation Programme

- HR policies and procedures

- Grooming & Hygiene Training

- Basic Occupational Health & Safety Training

- Basic Food Safety Training

 Motivate and encourage teamwork within the team to meet and exceed productivity

targets

 Responsible for the end-to-end Annual Performance Management of all employees

4. Employee Grievance Handling

 Interact with all Shops / Department employees once in a month to listen and

understand employees' issues, concerns, grievance and solve them in a timely basis

5. HRMS – Human Resources Management System

 Manage the HRMS – Human Resources Management System – SPINE effectively and

efficiently

 Ensure all employees are enrolled for biometric attendance

 Track the long absentees and misconducts happening in the company and coordinate

with the Department Head for conducting the enquiry and other disciplinary proceedings

 Coordinate with the employees and Finance to ensure Statutory Compliance – PF, ESIC,

Mediclaim, PT, MLWF, and Salary-related matters like Investments declaration, Form

16s, Tax Returns, etc.

6. Employee Engagement and Rewards and Recognition:

 Plan the Employee Engagement Activities - Birthdays & Festival Celebrations

 Monitor the Incentive Schemes

7. Employee Benefits:

 Uniform Management

 Employee Cafeteria Management

8. HR Records and Reports:

 Prepare and present HR Monthly Reports

The employee is required to support creation and implementation of best practices to ensure

improvement in efficiency, productivity and profitability and perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION STANDARD

Education : Graduate / Diploma in Human Resources Management

Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Experience : Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar domain, of which minimum 1 year should be

in similar position, preferably from the Mithai Industry, Retail Stores, Hotels, QSR, etc.

Additional Skills desired: Good computer skills/ MS-Office

Proficiency in using Recruitment portals like Naukri.com

Proficiency in using the HRMS - Human Resources Management System
