Domnic Lewis has been mandated Business Controller – Services for Bangalore based MNC

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the monthly/quarterly/annual closing and reporting processes within the Business Control framework.
• Conduct financial analysis at month-end and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Develop business models for Lease/Operating Financing tailored to the Services Business segment.
• Take charge of the overall controlling function, overseeing both Product and Services Business, with a specific focus on services controlling.
• Lead the annual business planning and budget setup process in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), utilizing tools like 4C and Essbase.
• Work on financing models for machine sales in collaboration with Banks, while maintaining stakeholder relationships with various financial institutions.
• Support the adoption of internal controls for the organization (VCEIPL).
• Drive process improvements across all workflows through a combination of manual and automated enhancements.
• Actively participate in the annual business planning and budget setup process (4C / Essbase) alongside the CFO.

Mindset and Competencies:

• Hold a CA/MBA qualification with a robust background of 10-12 years in controlling and finance roles, preferably within a multinational context.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in leading finance, planning, and accounting processes, possessing in-depth knowledge across finance, accounting, compliance, and audit.
• Exhibit a sound understanding of business operations, ideally within the related industry or manufacturing sector.
