Qualification: Any Graduate preferably with PGDM with a Specialization in HR



Experience: Min. 68 years.



Job Location : CHT factory at MIDC Taloja



Gender : Male



Industry Preferred: Manufacturing Textile Chemicals



Reporting to: CFO/VP Plant



Job Description:


Statutory Compliance under the Factory Act and various labor laws.
Recruitment of all levels for plant.
Manpower planning as per requirement. Ensure that adequate manpower is available in the plant to carry out the scheduled activities.



Wage and salary administration.
Disciplinary actions.
labor management as a Principle employer and resolve issues related to them.
Handling Contract Labourers and Mathadi workers and fulfilling necessary Statutory compliance as required.

To carry out an annual appraisal system.
Employee safety hygiene and welfare activities.
Induction to recruit.
To ensure that Forms/Registers/Returns under various applied labor laws are filed on time.
To liaison with government offices/agencies like Factory Inspectors Labour Inspectors MIDC Police Panchayat

Employment &Training etc for statutory compliance .


To arrange for and coordinate internal/external training programs for employees.
To carry out annual medical checkups
HR dept. SOP training and relevant documentation.
Monitor and maintain discipline on the premises
Full and final settlements.
Security Management Canteen Management
Procurement of General & consumable stationery
Verification of contractors bills and submit to the Account Department.
Managing the HR activities on the Plant Level.
