Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Auditor located in Thrissur. The Call Auditor will be responsible for monitoring, verifying, and evaluating recorded customer service or sales calls to assess agent's demeanor, technical accuracy, and compliance with the company's protocol and regulations. Qualifications: Experience in Call Center Operations, Quality Assurance, or Customer Service Strong knowledge and understanding of best practices in Quality Assurance processes and techniques Demonstrated ability to identify problems, research solutions, and successfully implement corrective actions in a timely manner Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills Effective communication skills, including the ability to provide feedback and constructive criticism in a professional and helpful manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related fieldJob tags
