Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing specialist. The Performance Marketing specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing sales, and providing customer service. The Performance Marketing specialist will also be responsible for communication with clients and maintaining client relationships.

- Experience in market research and analyzing data
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on performance marketing
- Expertise in developing marketing strategies
- Customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in the same
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience in the digital marketing industry, knowledge of SEO best practices, experience in conversion rate optimization, and expertise in A/B testing.
