Job description
We are looking for a data-driven and energetic marketing professional to come on board as a Web Producer. Reporting into Digital Experience and Growth, you will be instrumental in building and supporting the global day-to-day production needs, product launches, announcements, and campaigns on web-related Rubrik projects and properties.
Your Impact - Manage content updates for product launches, events, campaigns, case studies, blogs, and press releases day-to-day throughout Rubrik web properties.
- Build new pages and update existing web pages as needed on the AEM CMS.
- Ensure web best practices, implement conversion rate and search engine optimizations.
- Support global teams with localized and translated content.
- Ensure stringent quality control process for all deliverables + collaboration with Rubrik QA team.
- Drive workflow efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks to decrease operational lag.
- Interface with stakeholders to meet objectives and deliver digital projects on time.
What You'll Bring - Work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, engineering, marketing operations, development, creative and UX teams.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Process-oriented, detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to pivot quickly between multiple tasks and priorities.
- Driven mindset with a penchant for taking initiative
Requirements - 2+ years of relevant work experience, including web publishing and content management. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
- Familiarity with project management interfaces (Asana, Jira) a plus.
