This is a full-time on-site role in Delhi for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will be responsible for maintaining and establishing relationships with existing and potential clients. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles
• Excellent communication skills to be able to network and establish relations with clients
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client accounts
• Understanding of the fitness industry would be an added advantage
• Positive attitude, Self-motivated and result-driven
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Must be a resident of Delhi with authorization to work in India

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and closing deals
• Existing networks and connections in the fitness industry
