We are disrupting the $120 bn home rental sector in India, with our end to end fin-tech enabled marketplace, allowing us to build the ‘AirBnb of Long Term Home Rentals’: discover, schedule visits, negotiate with landlords and sign the rental agreement all on one platform. Here's a Bit More About What We're Looking For:

As a Zonal Manager at Jugyah, you will be at the helm of our local office, steering our team of dedicated Account Executives towards achieving our real estate business goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of success, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with Jugyah's overarching goals and objectives, focusing on real estate sales growth and market penetration. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and support Account Executives in achieving their individual and team sales targets, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Analyze market trends and local real estate dynamics to identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies across all branch activities. Manage branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, to ensure the branch meets or exceeds financial goals. Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the local market. Implement and oversee customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Facilitate continuous training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth. Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align branch strategies with company-wide objectives.

What Will Set This Person Apart:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and business partners. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting. Local market knowledge and a strong network in the real estate industry preferred.
