Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager Wellness
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join our team in the wellness industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our brand through strategic franchise development. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchise partnerships fostering relationships with potential franchisees and driving the growth of our wellness franchise network.
Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy to achieve targeted growth objectives.
- Identify potential franchise markets and conduct thorough market research to assess viability.
- Evaluate franchise applications conduct interviews and select qualified franchisees aligned with the brands values and vision.
2.Sales and Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various channels including industry events digital marketing and networking.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to communicate the benefits and opportunities of our wellness franchise.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
3.Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to franchisees addressing concerns and ensuring their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and support for franchisees.
4.Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to ensure potential franchisees meet financial requirements.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams to negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
5.Training and Onboarding:
- Coordinate franchisee training programs to ensure a successful onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing training and support to franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to operational standards.
6.Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new market entry and expansion of existing markets.
- Work with franchisees to develop and execute local marketing strategies.
7.Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports and analytics on franchise sales performance market trends and other key metrics.
- Utilize datadriven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise sales preferably in the wellness or health industry.
- Strong understanding of the wellness industry and current market trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other salesrelated software.
