§ Delivering targets on secondary sales
§ Planning route & street level visit for SM , Charting out optimized route for S M
§ Recruitment of SM
§ Induction & On Boarding of S M
§ Team Management & driving discipline
§ Market Working as per plan with S M and Joint calls with Ops team
§ Scouting market & enrolling new outlets in channel program
§ Identifying gaps and sharing consolidated report with Smollan Project Team
§ Handholding of S M
§ Resolving SM grievances
§ SM leave management & issues handling
§ SM PJP adherence, ensuring right set of outlets are visited on time
§ Identification of buddy S M
§ Regular analysis of S M ’s KPI’s and its review, feedback & correction actions
§ Work with bottom and red category SM to improve their performance
