CTC Range -8-10 LPA Designation - Assistant Regional Manager Role - ARM-Sales Department - Glassages Job Location - Ludhiana, Punjab, India Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Dealer, Distributor and Architect base and ensure its strong presence. Maintains knowledge of relevant market, competition, and best practices/trends in sales techniques and strategies. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set sales targets, and provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners to identify sales opportunities, address customer needs, and foster long-term business partnerships. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in sales strategies and product offerings. Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings. Skillset & Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, MBA Preference 7+ Years of relevant experience Good communication skills, should have an understanding of regional language Excellent supervisory and leadership skills Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding marketJob tags
