Role Overview:
Our company is looking for a proven Digital Engineering Services marketing leader who will be responsible for our marketing vision, strategy and execution—across corporate, demand generation and employer branding. This leader will bring a unique combination of strategic and tactical depth, business acumen, vision and passion to build and lead our marketing team. This leader will be an integral part of our executive team, reporting to and working closely with our CEO. This leader will play a critical role in the development of our long-term strategic vision for a purpose-driven organization dedicated to the greater good of society.
Role Objectives:
- Establish a great brand based on the company's long-term vision, strategy, commitment to philanthropy and sustainability and day-to-day execution of all marketing functions globally.
- Design, refine and execute messaging to create excitement, brand awareness and demand to achieve 1) worldwide revenue goals 2) talent acquisition and retention goals.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Work with our executive team to cross-functionally develop and build alignment around marketing vision, strategy and execution.
- Set individual and marketing department-wide goals and objectives to support our revenue goals and long-range strategic objectives.
- Build, coach and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Create accountability within marketing department by developing appropriate metrics for lead generation, targeted campaigns and marketing operations.
- Manage marketing budget and expenditure.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
- Conduct regular meetings with executive team to report status on all marketing-related activities and how they perform in relation to overall company goals.
- Represent our company during public-facing events and initiatives.
- Represent our company with the highest level of integrity.
Sales Marketing Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales to refine our value proposition.
- Collaborate with Sales to design a comprehensive go-to-market plan across all global services, verticals and customers segments.
- Oversee development of Sales content, presentations and videos to highlight product value proposition and industry insights.
- Create focused campaigns for targeted vertical and strategic accounts to enable realization of revenue goals.
- Create, drive and track initiatives in demand and lead generation.
- Oversee selection and execution for all company attended and sponsored marketing events.
- Guide Sales market research team on market trend and competitor analysis
Employer Branding Responsibilities:
- Ownership of employer branding across our website, social media sites, and job portals, enterprise IT environment, and physical office spaces
- Drive internal company communication objectives, strategy and execution.
- Work closely with VP Global Talent Acquisition and VP Human Resources on Employer Branding Initiatives
Experience and Skill Requirements
Must Have:
- 15-20 years total experience
- 10+ years of marketing experience in high-growth IT / Digital Engineering Services companies
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with a proven track-record of building and leading a successful, high-growth, metrics driven marketing department within an IT / Digital Engineering Services organization size of 1,000-5,000 individuals or fast-growth division of a larger IT Services organization.
- Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
- Graduate degree, preferably an MBA
