Responsibilities: •Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of data into computer systems or databases. Inputting, updating, and verifying data to maintain accuracy and completeness. •Verification and Review: Cross-checking data for errors and ensuring its quality. Verifying information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data. •Data Maintenance: Maintaining data confidentiality and security. Organizing and filing electronic and paper documents for easy retrieval. •Communication: Communicating issues or discrepancies with the data to supervisors or team leads. Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency. •Adherence to Procedures: Following established data entry protocols and procedures. Identifying and reporting any deviations from the standard procedures. •Quality Control: Conducting regular checks to ensure data accuracy. Resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using data entry software and equipment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Effective communication skills.
