Hiring for Marketing Manager - Kolkata location.

Designation:   Marketing Manager

Must Have:   Should have min 7 years of exp. as a Marketing Manager & Must have exp. in developing and executing Digital Marketing programs

Qualification:   MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Degree in marketing 

Location:   Kolkata

Experience:   Min 7 years

About the candidate : 

The ideal candidate will have experience of B2B product marketing and demand generation across diverse industries and markets in a reputed organization. The candidate should have executed successful Digital Marketing programs including promotion through trade shows. The candidate would be a team worker and should have influencing skills internally and externally with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities : 

The marketing manager will also be responsible for product and brand management including new product launches.

The candidate will be responsible for development and execution of marketing activities including Digital Marketing, Promotion through trade shows and Channel and Customer programs. 

Developing and executing marketing plans and ensure regular reviews and updates.

Track competitor activities and revise plans as per changing market situation.

Analyze Macro trends of different markets to help prioritize the efforts.

Analyze the CRM Outputs to generate useful recommendations for management actions 

Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to help manage demand estimates, supply chain plans and customer service deliverables. 

Demand Generation responsibilities;

a) Responsible for all SEO, Paid search, Sponsored adv. and manage all campaigns for demand generation 

b) Manage leads including assigning the leads to sales team. 

c) Analyze and measure ROI for demand generation efforts and investments

Requirements:

Well organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capable of collaborating with wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen.
