Job description
We are looking for highly creative growth marketer with strong sense of self-ownership and ability to drive metrics in collaboration with cross-functions. It is a full stack profile that will enable candidate to learn and work across all aspects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user and revenue growth across different categories of Airtel Business
- Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving digital growth via paid/un-paid channels.
- Analyse user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs.
- Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth.
- Manage cross-functional growth projects by working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis.
- Design and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels.
- Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments, and smaller tweaks with equal ease.
- Stakeholder management with senior leadership. Act as the single point of contact for growth function.
Preferred Candidate:
- Overall, 3-6 years of work experience in - growth hacking/ digital marketing, preferably in the B2B product industry
- Possesses First Principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail, great analytical bent.
