Role Description

Technocruitx Universal Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time Dental Eligibility Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this on-site role, the Dental Eligibility Specialist will be responsible for verifying dental insurance eligibility.

Responsibilites

• Insurance Verification: Verify dental insurance coverage for all scheduled patients prior to their appointments. This includes but is not limited to dental benefits, deductibles, co-payments, and coverage limits.
• Eligibility Assessment: Confirm the patients' eligibility for dental services, ensuring they are active and covered by their respective insurance plans.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in dental billing, coding or dental insurance verification.
• Excellent understanding of CDT codes, dental terminology and dental insurance plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and specifically Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with insurance companies and dental office regarding eligibility and coverage information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
