We are looking SERVICE NOW TECH LEAD with our top notch MNC client,

Title: Tech Lead - ServiceNow
Location: Hyderabad /Indore
Position: Full Time
Experience: 5+ Years
Shift Timing: 2:30-11:30PM IST
Availability: Immediate Joiner

Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation Projects. Passtionate about technologies and ServiceNow in particular.
• Involve as lead developer in multiple ServiceNow projects. Lead a team of developers. Lead and facilitate client meetings.
• Coordinate with client and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and walkthroughs with the customers.
• Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.
• Participate in design discussions. Offer technical and functional suggestions for enhancing the application.
• Discuss with the client every day, understand and document the requirements. Develop solutions accordingly.
• Enter user stories and tasks into Agile Management tool. Update status of the tasks regularly.
• Partcipate in SCRUM meetings every day. Implement SCRUM practices in the team.
• Work with the QA team. Ensure there are no gaps between the QA team and Dev team.
• Write very descriptive user stories based on the requirements.
• Conduct technical interviews.
• Must have led a team of ServiceNow Developers. Trained, motivated and helped them deliver.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Mandatory experience working directly with customers in US/UK. One-on-one interactions.
• Experience in full Implementation of one ServiceNow product (ITSM or CSM or HR or PPM)
• Experience in post-production support of ServiceNow implementation.

Desired Skills
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform - any two of - ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, PPM, HRSD

Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Certifications in ServiceNow – CSA, CAD and at least one CIS.
