Job description
Job Profile:
· Services for a complete range of medical diagnostics instruments preferably immunoassay analyzer.
· Provide technical support.
· Performing the installation, maintenance, and servicing of instruments.
· To handle the servicing of instruments independently after training.
· To ensure timely preventive maintenance of diagnostic equipment.
· To maintain and service diagnostic equipment at existing customer sites.
· Preparing all the documents required for service.
· To collect and market the AMC & CMC.
· To market and sell controls.
Requirements
· Graduation or post-graduation engineering preferably biomedical engineer or DMLT
· Minimum 3 years of experience in medical diagnostic Service.
· Analytical Mind to understand and resolve problems in Instruments.
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Candidates with higher experience can be considered for Manager Service
