Business Development Manager- Corporate Relations & Campus Placements, 1-3 yrs exp, Angamali, Kochi

Job Description
Identifies industries or sectors that are actively recruiting experienced professionals in lateral entry positions.
Look for companies that align with your recruitment division's specialization or niche, if any.
Analyze your competitors in the lateral entry recruitment space to identify the companies they work with or have empaneled as vendors.
Join industry-specific associations, forums, and networks to connect with potential client companies.
Attend industry events and conferences to meet and network with representatives from target companies.
Leverage professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to identify and connect with HR and talent acquisition professionals from potential client companies.
Craft a compelling pitch highlighting your recruitment division's expertise, track record, and the benefits of partnering with your organization.
Send personalized emails or make direct phone calls to HR or talent acquisition departments to introduce your services and discuss the possibility of vendor empanelment.
Leverage your existing client relationships and ask for referrals or introductions to other companies that might benefit from your lateral entry recruitment services.
Prepare tailored presentations and proposals for potential client companies, highlighting how your services can address their specific recruitment needs and challenges.
Identifying companies for freshers' recruitment in the campus placement division involves targeting organizations that actively hire recent graduates and offer opportunities for entry-level positions.

Work Location: Athani, Nedumbassery

Salary Package: 20K + Incentives

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in similar roles

Eligibility: MBA

Skills
Proven experience in relationship management or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
