Job description

The SharePoint Administrator is managing all SharePoint Online and other tools like. (Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

The focus of the SharePoint Administrator includes:

  1. SharePoint Online Development and Administration
  2. Practical SharePoint Online product experience - configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions
  3. Experience of developing SharePoint sites / pages
  4. Good front end/CSS skills and experience
  5. Experience of integrating SharePoint online with third party applications if required.
  6. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Application models
  7. Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Search Service, User Profile Service and other Service Applications
  8. Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell.
  9. Experience taking requirements and generating designs and implementing a final solution.
  10. Experience developing SharePoint web parts, site templates, content types
  11. Excellent client facing experience and communications skills
  12. Ability to work intuitively, along or as part of a team environment
  13. Knowledge on Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Logic Apps.
  14. Basic understanding on Office 365 and Azure AD.

Specific Assignments for SharePoint Administrator:

Build and administer the SharePoint online environment and its associated services.

Power BI for reporting.

Other tasks as directed by the Regional IT Infrastructure Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Required Skills:

  1. Having 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience on SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment including managing Power BI.
  2. 2.Basic understanding on Office 365, Azure AD.
  3. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerBI.
  4. Experience with technology transition and transformation activities and managing risk during implementation.
  5. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
  6. Project management experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint solutions that focus on workflow, document management, and content creation for web-focused business teams.
  1. Experience in the development of technical and user documentation, including solution documentation and bills of materials.
  2. Demonstrated focus on customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
  3. Ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.
