Researches, documents, and responds to questions and issues from payroll specialists and supervisors related Direct Deposit compliance ensuring timely feedback.
Reviews, researches and assists other departments with reconciliation of Data Entry discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Inputs client's employee new hire related information for states. Coordinates special projects for team.
Requirements
1.5 - 5 years of experience and Demonstrated proficiency in level 3 in Office setting is Required.
Demonstrates analytical skills in Data audit, data entry, ability to mentor, good written English communication skills, customer service, problem resolution, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, computer knowledge Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is required
