We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
As the Finance & Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of finance and accounting for the company. Key responsibilities include:
Regular Accounting & Finance Operations: Execute day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
GST, Taxation Related Works: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage GST-related tasks.
Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables: Monitor and manage the company's payables and receivables.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System reports.
Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of company bank statements.
Invoice Raising & Checking Against Sales Orders: Verify and process invoices against sales orders.
Outstandings Review & Monitoring of Collection: Oversee outstanding payments and monitor collections.
Voucher Entries, Monthly Accounts Statement Preparation: Record financial transactions and prepare monthly accounts statements.
Liaison with Auditor: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Fund Flow / Cash Flow Management: Manage the company's fund and cash flow effectively.
Working Capital Management: Optimize working capital to support business operations.
Maintain Internal Files and Provide Data for Reporting: Organize internal files and provide data for accurate reporting.
Finalization of Balance Sheet: Contribute to the finalization of the company's balance sheet.
Additional Responsibilities:
Identify, Improve and Implement Document Processes with CEO: Work closely with the CEO to identify and implement process improvements.
Educational Qualification:
Graduation / Post Graduate in Commerce or ICAI Inter or MBA in Finance.
Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and exposure to the use of accounting packages.
Desired Experience Level (Range):
10 to 12 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
Experience in the Construction Industry (Part or Full) is a Must.
