- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to QMS, QAFA/ CMA, product quality standards and specific customer system requirements in the production sites
- Develop, implement,manage, communicate, and maintain QMS & quality plan to upgrade the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific system, product compliance requirements and implement in relevant factory with the CFT team members. Monitor and evaluate the sustainability of implemented system in place on periodical basis.
- Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team during Placement and PP meetings ensuring the required quality standards and product compliance through the risk assessment process.
- Conduct daily/ weekly quality meeting with the CFT members to focus on priority actions and address the challenges faced and mitigate such issues at later stages.
