Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working manufacturing associate team member for our operation & maintennace department. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our manufacturing team, for electrical & instrumention maintenance activities in shift & deliver maintenance department goals & objectives on donwtime reduction, preventive maintennace, predictive maintenance, Inductrail control system maintenance etc. with highest level of safety and quality. Needs to co-ordinate with Senior team member, production and maintenance to resolve operational issue. Support shift supervisor, EHSS to sustain site EHSS performance-follow SOP. LOTO, JSA, specific Do’s & Don’ts etc.
Needs to support to manufacturing team in various engagement activities to drive continual improvements.
How You Can Be the Impact
Working in a team on shop floor involving hands on activity of Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Lift and hoist, PLC, AC drive, DC drive.
Trouble shooting of different temperature measuring RTD/Thermo couple, flow indicators and meters, level controls, process interlocks, control systems.
Capable to handle to weighing related trouble shooting, Knowledge of measurement system, calibration & IATF/ISO: 16949 requirements.
Power control station, HT breaker medium voltage ( 11000V ) substation power supply knowledge of basic trouble shooting , relay settings and distribution system, MV transformer, motor control centers, HVAC systems, transformer, lighting systems, HT /LT electrical equipments, experience on Control Logic, Micro Logic.
Knowledge of PLC operation and programming - Siemens S5 & S7, G 130 AC drive, Micro Master AC drive / DC drive - Siemens; pneumatics and hydraulics system.
Basic knowledge for trouble shooting of the different type of valves, instrumentations system & logic controls.
Knowledge of extrusion system, mixing & feeding system, and load cell trouble shooting skill is desirable.
Computer Literate on MS office, can read PLC logic drawings.
Solid exposure on different safety systems like permit to work, LOTO, SOP & safety analysis. Can work with contractor & handle to individual shifts.
Record keeping of maintenance management system, desirable to work on PM SAP module.
What Matters to SABIC
Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering from recognized university/
Supervisor License is Preferred
6-8 years’ experience in Polycarbonate / ABS compounding – extrusion / Manufacturing unit / Electrical Maintenance / Instrumentation or PLC, AC Drives maintenance.
