Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated MBBS RMO to join our team at HOSPITAL STAFF RECRUITMENT SERVICES. As an MBBS RMO, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to patients in the hospital. This is a full-time position located in Ghatkopar, Maharashtra, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications And Skills - MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license
- Strong knowledge and understanding of emergency medicine and casualty care
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to make critical decisions
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle emergencies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Proficiency in medicine and medical procedures
Roles And Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive medical care to patients admitted to the hospital
- Assess and diagnose medical conditions and formulate appropriate treatment plans
- Monitor and manage patients' progress and response to treatment
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Perform medical procedures and interventions as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in medical rounds, conferences, and training programs
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
