Job description
We are looking for a HR Manager, preferred with good experience in IT industry.
Around 10 years of experience, currently working in a HR Manager role. Majority of experience should be with IT/Software product companies.
Role will be reporting to the CEO. Candidate should be forward looking, have good written and spoken communications skills and have a progressive mindset.
Experience with Zoho HRMS preferred. Should be able to modify/setup the HRMS system to drive organizational performance. Should have a genuine passion for developing employees into good business professionals.
Strong in HR analytics, Recruitment, PMS , Payroll, and knowledge about employee insurance policies.
PMS: Should have experience setting up KRA/KPI’s for different positions in an IT/Software company.
Strong work ethic, quick learner, and ability to work independently and lead the HR team that includes a HR executive/IT Recruiter
Should have strong people skills and ability to resolve people challenges that are part of a growing organization.
Should be familiar and well versed with framing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of onboarding and offboarding formalities, Hiring/firing/terminating and taking disciplinary actions if required.
Along with the CEO and management team should be the torch bearer for monitoring and maintaining good organization culture.
Should have strong ethical/moral values and a good track record as a trustworthy person
