Job description
Employee will be responsible for handling 24 * 7 customer networks on Aruba Clear Pass and Wireless
1. Performing analysis of network routing ,security needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software during project and run phase.
2. Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting Aruba Wireless network problems remotely and on-site.
3. Installation ,Maintaining and administering Aruba clear Pass and Wireless.
4. Mentoring team by sharing technical wireless technology
5.Contributing & managing CSAT for assigned customer.
6. Supporting customer & team primarily on technical Aruba and Wireless.
7. Maintaining technical documentation and sharing incident reports & analysis.
8.Effective SIP feedback for customer and team during reviews.
9.Devices logs Report analysis & feedback
10.POA planning ,preparedness & validation .
Candidate must have proficiency and hands on experience (5 yr's) and .Active Aruba and any wireless certification.
1. Hands-on Troubleshooting and Implementation Experience in Aruba Clear pass and Wireless
2. Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and Implementation Wireless and Aruba.
3.ITSM Framwork, Process & Ticketeing tool work experience .
