Role : Digital Marketing Manager - Google and Affiliates What you will be doing ?- Drive quality user acquisition at scale through Google by creating exceptional app campaigns and ads - Analyse and optimize app installation ad campaigns to increase ROAS - Research and implement new features and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness - Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and acquire new customers. - Grow and Scale the affiliate network to increase the number of user acquisitions - Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and terms with affiliate partners to ensure profitability and mutual benefits. - Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for optimization, improvement and fraud prevention - Monitor and analyze campaigns daily to meet goals - Measure and report daily on the performance of digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create compelling creatives and promotional materials - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to optimize the customer journey and enhance the affiliate partner experience. - Pushing our Digital marketing Strategies beyond industry best practices What you will need ?- Mandatory Hands on experience in Google UAC and MMP - Excellent skills in Excel and Data Querying - Experience in using marketing data tools (Appsflyer/Branch/Singular ) and marketing analytics - Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment - Our ideal candidate has 1-4 years of digital marketing experience - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with affiliate partners. - An analytical mind and an interest in the Digital marketing industry is a must - Eager to learn, self-driven, independent problem-solving abilityJob tags
