Roles & Responsibilities
Guest Relationship Executive will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective.
He/she will utilize client relationship management skills to convert walkin customers into high paying customers (i.e. convincing walk in customers for group celebration like Birthday Family & Kitty Parties) thus to obtain additional revenue during their entire stay.
Develop and manage client portfolios to ensure returning customers.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Providing feedback and advocacy on customer painpoints to internal teams.
Ensuring strong customer service levels are met in line with Company objectives.
Developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal stakeholders.
Must Have
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven ability to work independently and selfdriven for performance
Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude
Familiar with the work with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Accountability and personal organization are essential
