Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Mumbai. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing existing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues. The Client Services Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities.
