Job Overview:  We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:
   
   

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using scripts to promote and sell products or services.
  
  

• Lead Generation:
  
  

• Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns.
  
  

• Sales Closure:
  
  

• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers and close sales deals.
  
  

• Customer Relationship Management:
  
  

• Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing relevant information.
  
  

• Database Management:
  
  

• Update and manage customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
  
  

• Achieve Sales Targets:
  
  

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective calling and lead conversion.
  
  

• Follow-Up Calls:
  
  

• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, build relationships, and facilitate the sales process.
  
  

• Feedback and Reporting:
  
  

• Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
  
  
• Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller Executive or similar role in telesales.
  
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  
  
• Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  
  
• Target-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
  
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
  
• Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
