Job title : Internship Operations
Stipend During Internship : 25000 Per month
Location: Chennai
Execute and oversee daytoday financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
Monitor and reconcile financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with customer service teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial laws and standards.
Implement and monitor risk management protocols to minimize operational and financial risks.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the operations workflow.
Collaborate with the technology team to implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Operations Management or a related field.
Prior experience in fintech operations or financial services is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and financial compliance.
