Job description
Create and manage a lucrative business partner portfolio by adding new ones,
expanding the pool of current partners, and keeping a steady stream of prospective
new partners.
Participate in related industry & partner events and this will take in the form of
expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions. Plan and develop promotional
campaigns, and activities, and participate in client events and business trips to
engage better with partners.
Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and
following up on issue resolutions, and catering to Partner needs
Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items, and business insights
to enable a productive sales activity.
Generate a pipeline of high-value prospects.
Develop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis, and
partner activities
Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
Requirements:
Experience in account management, client relationships, or any relevant client-facing
roles in a financial market trading industry. (Forex, Indices, Commodities, Shares, etc)
Associate's or bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience and
knowledge of Indian native languages will be advantageous
Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Goal-oriented, innovative, professional, and cooperative mindset, with an eagerness
to learn
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong commercial and business development mindset.
