Job description
Training Program Development: Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement effective training
programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company and
helping them acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in person and virtually, to enhance
employees' skills and knowledge.
Learning Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement, making
necessary adjustments as required.
Employee Development: Work closely with department heads and managers to identify individual and team training
needs and create development plans.
Compliance: Ensure that all training and development initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and industry
standards.
Learning Resources: Maintain a comprehensive library of learning resources and materials for employee reference.
E-Learning Platforms: Manage and administer e-learning platforms, ensuring that online resources are up to date and
accessible.
