Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter - Software Development located in Chennai. As a Technical Recruiter - Software Development, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Trademarkia.com technical team. You will collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to evaluate candidates' strengths, and to identify those best qualified to meet the needs of the company's software development roles. Other key responsibilities include developing job descriptions, maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system, and monitoring and reporting metrics to measure the success of recruiting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Actively source, screen, and recruit top-tier software developers with specialized skills in React, Node.js, GoLang, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Work closely with our engineering teams to understand project requirements, technical skills needed, and the nuances of each role to ensure a match in both technical abilities and company culture. Develop and maintain a pipeline of exceptional software development talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, networking events, and tech meetups. Conduct technical screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development technologies to understand the market and effectively communicate with candidates and hiring teams. Coordinate and oversee the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods specific to technical roles. Engage in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and other events to attract top talent. Collaborate with HR to ensure the seamless onboarding of new hires and facilitate their integration into the team. Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future openings.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven track record of technical recruiting, specifically for Front-End (React, Node.js) and Back-End (GoLang, PostgreSQL, AWS) developer roles. Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and the tech industry landscape. Excellent sourcing strategies and experience using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms. Exceptional interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with technical professionals. A proactive and hands-on approach to recruitment, with a keen eye for talent and a passion for finding the best people for the job. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and changing environment. Knowledge of employment law and HR practices as they relate to recruitment and hiring. A demonstrated track record of success in high volume recruiting roles is highly desirable.
