Job description

Job Title: Sales Consultant - Automobile Dealership ( Female candidate)

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and ascertain their vehicle needs.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the customer's preferences, budget, and desired features.
  3. Showcase vehicles in the showroom and on the lot, highlighting key features and benefits.
  4. Provide accurate information about pricing, specifications, financing options, and incentives.
  5. Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
  6. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by recommending suitable models based on their preferences and needs.
  7. Negotiate sales prices and terms, including trade-in allowances and financing options, to close deals effectively.
  8. Work closely with the sales manager to meet sales targets and objectives.
  9. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  13. Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  5. Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
  6. Familiarity with financing options, including leasing and loans.
  7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
  11. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
