Job Description::
- Develop and manage the relationship between IMTD and internal and external partners
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing team members work
- As required, manage project teams and working groups; identify requirements, chair meetings, set objectives and goals and timetables
- Monitor and evaluate the quality, accuracy and outcome of work
- Plans, creates and conducts presentations to staff and partners for sales your target
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients
Desired Candidate Profile - 2 years of field sales experience + 2 years in BFSI field
- Staying in the same city for more than 4 years
- Good stability.
- Graduated in any field
- Having best ability to leading team generation
