Restaurant Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at KUURAKU INDIA Pvt. Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations including ensuring customer satisfaction, exceptional customer service, hiring and training staff, maintaining effective communication with staff and management, and managing food and beverage operations.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi required; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Ability to work independently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role is required
